IP Address Allowlist

By default, outgoing database connections from Omni originate from transient IP addresses. If you'd like to limit access to your data to a predictable set of IP addresses, please contact us to enable this feature for your account. Once enabled, all database connection requests from Omni will originate from one of the IP addresses listed below. Be sure to include all of the IP addresses in your allow list.

Permissions

Every Omni user has an Organization role of either Admin or Member. Organization Admins have full access to all Connections in the Organization, while Members must be given permission to each Connection. Organization Admins can manage Users and other Organization-level settings like the Organization name, while Members cannot. New users are given the Admin Organization role by default and Organization roles can be modified in the Users section of the Settings page.

Users can additionally be given a role of either Admin or Querier on each Connection in the Organization. Both roles have full access to run queries and create Workbooks and Dashboards on the Connection, but only Connection Admins can modify the Connection's Shared Models and promote changes from Workbooks into Shared Models. Connection Roles can be managed in each Connection's settings page.
